Anna Papyan was born in Armenia in 1977. In 1999, she graduated from the Department of Sociology at Yerevan State University. From 1999 to 2001, she worked at “Barev” Ltd. as a consultant. From 2001-2003 she was employed as a secretary at the Independent Trade Union Committee “ArmenTel”. 2000-2004 Anna Papyan was teaching sociology at the National Armenian Shirakatsi College. Since August 2003, she has been Programme Assistant at the NGO “Fund Against Violation of Law”.
