George Tarkhan-Mouravi is co-director of Institute for Policy Studies since 2002. Mr. George has been involved in various research projects in Georgia and abroad. He has taught lecture courses on Security in South Caucasus, Ethnicity, Nationalism, and Problems of Repatriation and Integration at University of Wroclaw, Tbilisi State University, Ilia State University and others.   George Tarkhan-Mouravi is the author of numerous publications on Georgia's European Aspirations and the Eastern Partnership, Identity politics, conflicts in South Caucasus, Russian-Georgian relations and other issues.
