Olya Azatyan is Armenia Project Coordinator at South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation since September 2016. For the past several years she was supervising Human Rights and Conflict Transformation projects at British Embassy Yerevan. Her work experience also involves short term consultancies with the OSCE/ODIHR, CoE/Venice Commission, UNDP and IFES at several countries for the period of 2002 - 2013. Since 2014 she is a visiting lecturer on Policy Planning and Policy Analyses at Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences. Olya is a British Chevening Alumni (2006/2007). She studied in Armenia, UK and France on the field of Politics and Governance. In 2015 she graduated from the UK Diplomatic Academy.
