Nino Lejava - Director

- Nino Lejava is Director of the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in Tbilisi since December 2011.
From May 2010 until November 2011 she was CIM (Centre for International Migration and Development) integrated specialist and policy consultant for Civil Society  Development Programme at the Centre for Training and Consultancy - a Georgian NGO for capacity building and civic education. Prior to the appointment at CTC Nino Lejava served as the deputy director and programme coordinator at the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation for 7 years.  Temporarily, she already worked as a researcher in the London based Conciliation Resources project „Dealing with the Past: Research and Dialogue in the Georgian-Abkhaz Context“.
Among her volunteer activities, she is a board member of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association, Transparency International Georgia and Open Society Georgia Foundation.
Nino Lejava studied law at Tbilisi State University, Georgia, University of Hamburg, and Europa Kolleg Hamburg, Germany.

Nato Ketiladze - Financial Coordinator

- Ms. Nato Ketiladze joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in July 2012.
Ms. Ketiladze graduated the I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, department of Physics. She has 16-year experience of work in NGO sector. Since 1996 she’s been working in various non-governmental organizations as accountant and financial manager.

During the last 10 years Nato was a financial manager of “Civil Society Institute” Foundation.

Malkhaz Saldadze - Programme Coordinator for Democratization, Scholarship Programme and Ecology/Energy

- Mr. Malkhaz Saldadze joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in June 2012.
Mr. Saldadze graduated from the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and holds Master's degree in Political Sciences. During 2002-2003 Mr. Saldadze delivered lectures at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences. Since 2004 he was working as a lecturer and a researcher at various academic and civil society institutions including the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Center of Social Sciences, Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development, and Social Research Institute.

In 2009-2012 Mr. Saldadze worked as a Civil Society Support Program coordinator at the Open Society Georgia Foundation. Currently he also delivers lectures at the Ilia State University.

Etuna Nogaideli - Programme Coordinator for Gender and Conflict Transformation

- Etuna Nogaideli joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in 2013.

Etuna has graduated from the Central European University Budapest, Hungary in 2012 and holds the Master of Arts degree in Gender Studies. During 2012-13 she has worked as a senior research analyst on a variety of projects in the fields of gender, public policy and economic development. She simultaneously participated in several volunteer activities that were organized in support of gender equality and minority rights. Etuna furthermore collaborated with advocacy NGO’s to give public lectures aiming at raising awareness on gender-related issues.

Eka Tsereteli - Project Manager

- Eka Tsereteli joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in October, 2013.
Since 1999 Eka has been working in non-governmental sector. In 2000 she and her friend founded an NGO “Women’s Initiatives Supporting Group” (WISG). During her career she’s been co-organizer/working group member of numerous projects, directed towards women empowerment and gender equality.
Eka graduated from the Tbilisi State University, department of Biology. She also holds Master’s Certificate of the George Washington University School of Business in Project Management and is alumna of International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

Tamuna Shvangiradze - Office Manager

- Tamuna Shvangiradze has been the Office and PR Manager at the Heinrich Boell Foundation since September 2004.
Her responsibilities include external and internal communications, travel and event arrangements, web-site and library administration and other administrative duties.
She studied Arabic Language and History of Arab Countries at the Tbilisi Institute of Asia and Africa. She also holds Master’s Certificate of the George Washington University School of Business in Project Management.

Maka Kalandadze - Accountant

Maka Kalandadze, accountant, joined the Heinrich Boell Foundation in 2003.
In 1998-2003 Maka was working in various non-governmental organizations as an accountant, before that she was giving lectures on Pre-school Psychology at various institutes.
Maka Klandadze graduated from the Tbilisi Teacher Training State University with major in theory-history of Education studies and Psychology. She also completed a course of Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping at International Model of Service (IMS).
