Introduction Democratic Political Culture The South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation hosts public debates since 2004. The geography of public debates expanded from Tbilisi to Kutaisi and Batumi in 2013. Once in a month these three cities provide spaces for deliberation on acute political, social and cultural problems faced by contemporary Georgia. The debates aim to motivate public discussions about the establishment of a constitutional state and civil society and the promotion of the public debates culture.
