Mkrtich Dallakyan joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in February 2024 as the Climate Change and Environment Programme Coordinator.

Mkrtich holds a Master's in Management of International Development from the University of Turin and an Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Switzerland.

Before joining the Heinrich Boell Foundation, Mkrtich worked as a Climate Change and Youth Participation Programme Officer at UNICEF in Armenia. Moreover, he worked as a Consultant for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) at the Embassy of Japan in Armenia. His expertise also extends to civil society organizations, where he coordinated youth participation programmes.
