Bénédicte Santoire is a feminist researcher and consultant. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Ottawa. Her areas of expertise encompass the Women, Peace, and Security agenda and gender approaches in the peacebuilding, humanitarian, and disarmament sectors, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and the Balkans. Dr. Santoire has undertaken various consultancy projects with NGOs, civil society, international organizations, and United Nations agencies.
