Dea Tcholokava joined Heinrich Boell Foundation in January 2025.

She is a Georgian Filmmaker, with an academic foundation in social-political sciences, multimedia production and filmmaking. She studied across Georgia and Germany. Collaborated with multimedia platform Chai Khana and Radium films.
