Dr. Inga Zarafyan, a PhD in Biophysics acts as the President of “Ecolur” Informational NGO and heads the Public Relations Division at the RA National Academy of Science. She has authored 25 scientific articles and over 25 analytical reports. As a board member of Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC), Dr. Zarafyan is recognized for her commitment to transparency and environmental advocacy. Her accolades include the “For Freedom of Expression” prize, the Caucasus Biodiversity Reporting Award, and several awards for environmental journalism and documentary work, including honors from the OSCE and the Sun Child Festival.
