Dr. Roza Julhakyan is expert in Climate and Energy programs, holds a PhD in Chemical Science. Dr. Julhakyan authored more than 13 scientific articles. also wrote Armenia's National Report on Environmental Permissions (2001) and co-authored various environmental legal acts, including the draft “Law of RA on Environmental Oversight.”
