Research: Youth Political and Social Activism in Georgia: The Case of “Laboratory 1918”
Esma Berikishvili was born in 1986. In 2008 she graduated from the department of Sociology at Tbilisi State University (TSU) and soon after that received her Master’s diploma in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Central European University (CEU). Mainly focusing on youth cultural, social and political activism in her research activities currently Esma is obtaining her PhD at Ilia State University.
Esma is teaching Academic Writing at Ilia State University. Her research interests focus on visual and cultural anthropology.
