Gvanca Nikolaishvili obtained her MA from Dessau Institute of Architecture (DIA), Germany. Since 2018 she has been working at the Urban Development Department of Tbilisi Municipality. Before that, she has been working on numerous projects in Georgia. In 2016-2017 Gvantsa was a researcher at the Urban Reactor`s project “Housing Politics: Challenges and Perspectives”.  In 2015 Gvantsa worked as an urban planner for Tusheti's special planning program.
