Maharram Zeynalov was born in 1981 in Marneuli (Georgian). He graduated from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (Journalism and Media-Management) and the Ilia State University (Caucasus studying). At the institute he conducted a study on "Self-organization of LGBT groups."
Mr. Zeynalov participated in the study of economic aspects of solving of military conflicts in the Caucasus led by International Alert.
In the frameworks of the Scholarship Programme of the Heinrich Boell Foundation Maharram researches "Language and socio-political views of the creative class." The research is aimed at definition of social value of languages of creative class in Baku society, as well as understanding differences in political, social and life views between the linguistic groups of the creative class.
