Tigran Grigoryan is a political expert and lives in Armenia. He obtained his M.A. in Conflict, Governance, and International Development from the University of East Anglia. Grigoryan is co-founder and director of the Regional Center for Democracy and Security, a recently established think tank focused on research on democracy and security in the Armenian context, as well as on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and Russian foreign policy in the region.
