Vakhtang (Vako) Natsvlishvili is the founder and an active member of the Khma movement. Previously, he worked at the Open Society Foundation, focusing on social and economic rights. 
Vako Natsvlishvili holds a master’s degree in Comparative Law from Illinois Institute of Technologies. He is a PhD student at Tbilisi State University. Vako Natsvlishvili is a constitutional law researcher, a member of the State Constitutional Commission (2017), an invited researcher in Max Planck Institute of Comparative Public Law (2017).
