This publication presents a final product of "Building public confidence and maximizing participation of disadvantage groups in democratic processes through transparent elections in Georgia" project funded by Delegation of European Union to Georgia.
This publication includes articles written on the basis of the public debates organized at the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in 2007 and 2008. Articles are arranged in 4 groups: City and Citizens, Tolerance and Equality, Ethnic Conflicts: Searching for the Trust, and Georgian Media.
