George (Gaga) Nijaradze

George (Gaga) Nijaradze, Psychologist, got his Ph.D. in Psychology in March, 1955 "Influence of the Motivational Factors on the Problem-solving Rigidity”. Gaga Nijaradze is Full Professor at Free University (Tbilisi, Georgia). Since 1990 he was a Head Psychology of Culture Laboratory and since 1996 – Head of Research and Analysis Division at the International Center on Conflict and Negotiation (ICCN). His other scientific interests are Ethnology, Psychology of Big Groups, Evolution in Biology and History. G.
