The publication is prepared in the frameworks of hbs Tbilisi and media platform "Netgazeti" cooperation project "Stories of the South Caucasus". It includes 22 articles divided into several chapters: History, International Context, Everyday Life and Politics, Chronicle, Trust and Peace building.
The publication – “The South Caucasus and Turkey: History Lessons of the 20th Century” is the collection of scientific articles prepared by authors from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey presenting the research and analytical materials on the key issues regarding history lessons in the South Caucasus and Turkey.
In the second half of the 1980s, with the beginning of the Armenian-Azerbaijani military escalation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijani residents of Kyzyl-Shafag, a village in northern Armenia, and Armenian residents of Kerkenj, a village in central Azerbaijan, met through their own initiative to negotiate a peaceful exchange of their villages.
The 15th volume of Aspects consists of transcripts of presentations and discussions at the conference "Conflict and Migration: The Georgian-Abkhazian Case in a European Context" held in Istanbul, in June 2008.
