Tata Burduli joined the Heinrich Boell Foundation Tbilisi Office – South Caucasus Region as a Gender Programme Coordinator in September 2022.
In 2014 Tata graduated from the College of Europe in Poland and got her master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2021 she got a master's degree in Social Psychology from Ilia State University. In 2014-2022, as a Senior Researcher at GeoWel Research, Tata explored various social and economic issues in Georgia. She also worked with the Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe (CDNEE) in 2012.
