Vakhtang Natsvlishvili is a researcher of Constitutional Law. He was a member of the State Constitutional Commission of Georgia (2017) as well as a visiting research fellow at the Max Plan Institute for Comparative Public Law (2017). Vakhtang has obtained his LLM in Comparative Law at Illinois Institute of Technology (2015). Currently he is a PhD Candidate at Tbilisi State University.
